Unit 9

In unit 9 we learned how to describe a person or ask for you characteristic, for example what is her hair or how tall is she?






Hello my name is Daniela Soler, but everybody calls me Dani.
I’m from Maracaibo originally. I’m 18 years old and I study engineering at URBE. I live in Maracaibo, El Pinar.

I love pop music, dancing, studying and shopping.
I hate smoking, violence, getting up early on the weekend and waiting for people.

My dreams are: to graduate, to work and to get married with the love of my live and to travel Europe.

My opinion about English: I think that English is necessary because knowing others languages is very important now a day. The most difficult part for me is speaking.

Unit 10

In this unit, we learned how to use the present
perfect, we use the present perfect for an
indefinite time in the past, and its formed with the
verb have + the past participle of a verb.


In my life, i have done many things, i have traveled around Venezuela, but never abroad Venezuela, i have never been married, even though, I want to marry someday. i have never worked, i have never practiced any sport and i have always lived in Maracaio

Unit 11

In unit 11 we learned how to describe or ask about the countries, for example, it’s a very exciting city. It’s too expensive, however and also to ask for the countries, what’s Hong Kong like?






Germany is one of the most important cities around the world. The capital is Berlin.
This city is beautiful because Germany has magnificent architecture and rich culture.
Germany has many interesting places to visit.
The most amazing in Germany is the most interesting museum its names is Bochum-Daausen because the museum has many alternative to visit there .it’s has a ancient railroad.

The weather in Germany it’s cold and safe.

The nightlife in Germany is wonderful, Germany his many restaurants, clubs, etc. and general Germany it’s amazing.
I love Germany and I want to visit someday.

Unit 12

In unit 12 we learned that it's really important to get a lot of rest when we feel bad we have a minor helth problem and also to get any suggestion or resquests


1.-For the cold
I suggest take a pill of ilvico or a cup of teragrip. You should drink lemonade or tea with honey. It’s important to take vitamin c and drink a lot of water; it’s helpful to follow the suggestion.

2.-Dialogue 1

Pharmacist: hi, may I help you?
Customer: yes, can I have for the headache?
Because I’m getting feel bad.
Pharmacist: yes, I suggest a box of Dol or bral.
Customer: ok. Thank you very much.


Dialogue 2

Pharmacist: hi, I can do something for you?
Customer: yes, since some days ago I’ve sprained ankle. Do you have something to this?
Pharmacist: yes, it’s helpful put dencoru; you should put your ankle in hot water and then in could water.
Customer: ok. Thanks

Unit 13

In unit 13 we learned How to ask someone for to do something with the modal verbs would, for example would you like anything else? Or what would you like to eat?

COMPOSITION

I had lunch at the hooters restaurant last week.

This restaurant is beautiful, comfortable and modern. Hooters is a new and famous restaurant for it’s Cesar Salads, Grilled, Hamburgers, fries and sandwiches..

I think a hooter is great but their prices are very expensive and food is excellent. I like it very much.

At night there are good parties with music in hooters. There are some in Venezuela. So if you hadn’t gone yet you should try it because you’ll love it...



DIALOGUE:

Soraima, her restaurant Cesar and Daniela are on a restaurant having dinner.

Waiter: good evening. You table is ready. Please come with me. Would you like to order now?
Cesar: yes, I’m hungry. I’d like a special hamburger with fries and coke.
Waiter: what would you like to order miss?
Soraima: I’m going to order a hot dog and tea
Waiter: and you miss? What would you like?
Daniela: I want four hot dogs and a big coke
Waiter: anything else?
Daniela: yes, I’d like an ice-cream after the meal
Waiter: what flavour would you like?
Daniela: strawberry with chocolate please
Waiter: would you like anything else?
Daniela: no thank you, that’s everything

After 15 minutes
Cesar: finally .here comes our food. I’m really hungry now
Daniela: me too. This looks great.


After 30 minutes


Soraima: can we have the check, please?
Waiter: yes, just a minute.

Unit 14

It unit 14 we learned how to describe the cities or countries, for example:
Canada is larger than China or I think fujiyama is the most beautiful.

Venezuela is a beautiful country that has had creaked rivers and lakes and also Venezuela has a big turistic potential because we have a big variety of laces to visit. In Venezuela we have deserts and mountains

Venezuela has the greatest waterfall in the world, Salto Angel is higher than any other waterfall in the world

Unit 15

In unit 15 we learned how to ask in future with present continuous and be going to for example: what are you doing tonight? what is she going to do tonight?

-Secretary: I’m sorry, she’s noting
-Mr. Chirinos: can I leave a message?
-Secretary: yes, you can

Unit 16

in unit 16, we learned about future plan using the verb+infinitive. for example, I hope to get a car someday



In first photo I was 15th Years old, I was in high school. In the second picture I am 18 years old. I have gain weight, almost 7 kilograms, and my hair is longer. My studies are more difficult, so I have more stress than before.

I have some plans for the future, I am going to be an Electronic Engineer and I would like to do a post grade about Telematic. I would like to travel to USA. I hope to get married before my thirties.
